We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was very polite and helpful, always available to assist us in English and Russian. The spacious rooms were a pleasant surprise, complete with a nice balcony-window. The hotel's breakfast was good and offered a wide variety of options. the location of the hotel, close to the airport, made it very convenient for transportation. We were able to reach the airport in just 10 minutes by taxi, making our travel experience much easier.

The staff was accommodating and were pretty good too make us feel welcome. We arrived early and they were kind enough to let us check in ahead of schedule. They even arranged affordable taxis for us to explore the city. The location was great, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained. We enjoyed a comfortable and pleasant stay. I would highly recommend Royal Inci Spa for a wonderful experience in Istanbul.

Considering the prices of other boutique hotels in the city, this hotel offers great affordability without compromising on comfort. Secondly, the location is a hidden gem. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, it may not offer breathtaking views, but it's within easy reach of busy and interesting areas. You can explore the area full of small shops and experience the local culture. Lastly, the staff were incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. From the basic amenities in the well-maintained rooms to the delicious breakfast, everything was taken care of.
Honestly, I couldn't find anything to fault during my stay. Everything was ok.
